What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect information about you during the signup process as well as some basic activities such as the dates you make purchases, login to the site, or cancel/pause/resume your subscriptions with us.

We use this information to analyse website performance, improve our services and understand customer behaviour. Google may process this information in accordance with its own privacy policies.

 

Mailjet – We use Mailjet to send email communications, including marketing campaigns, promotional communications and other relevant messages. Where you have provided your consent to receive marketing communications, we may share information such as your name, email address and relevant booking or customer information with Mailjet so that we can manage mailing lists, send communications and understand engagement with our emails, such as whether an email has been opened or links have been clicked. Mailjet may process this information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

 

Stripe – We use Stripe to securely process payments made through our booking platform. When you make a payment, information necessary to process the transaction may be provided to Stripe, including your name, email address, payment details, transaction amount and information relating to your booking. Stripe processes this information to facilitate the payment, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

We only share information with third-party service providers where reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or where otherwise permitted or required by law. These providers may process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

Payments

We accept payments through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider.

 

When you make a payment through our booking platform, certain information is provided to Stripe so that the payment can be processed and the transaction supported. This may include your name, email address, billing information, payment details, transaction amount, booking or transaction reference and other information necessary to process the payment or prevent fraudulent transactions.

 

Your payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us in full. Stripe may collect and process payment and personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable security and regulatory requirements.
